This just in: ERCP Tuesday. Hopefully he’ll be able to sleep until then for the most part. They’re also planning on doing an ultrasound today and taking a sample of the fluid in his gut to try and figure out what kind of infection they are dealing with. Apparently, he also needs to go poop more, as the build up of toxins in his body is one of the likely culprits for the tiredness, confusion, and forgetfulness he’s been having.
So our day started by me ramming his “poo juice” down his throat and him trying his best not to throw it up into the garbage can beside his bed. How’s that for a Monday morning?
Later in the day…
