    Hi K,

    I’ve had major depressive disorder for most of my life and have learned a couple of things along the way. Alcohol will make you more depressed (i drink wine, I get suicidal), sugar will make you depressed (I’ve cut all white sugar out of my diet, or at least as much as I can, huge difference), exercise is the best treatment EVER. And if you can find a sport that you like that you can socialize at the same time, that’s even better.

    I’m not gonna say I know how you feel, but I can say I am going through the exact symptoms you describe, and my thoughts are with you.
