Happy Saturday! Here is a synopsis of my day in Quebec. But first, we start in Saint-Augustin-De-Desmaures, where I met up with Kathy Jobin:
Kathy then volunteered to show me around Quebec. We looked at the fall colors:
Went to the market:
Checked out old Quebec:
Much to the dismay of the shopkeeper:
(I made her re-enact that, but in all honesty, she made that face the first time she had to fold up my tacky T-shirt. Let’s face it, the woman had a point). Afterwards, Kathy and I made it outside the old city walls:
Okay, so technically we’re still inside the old city at this point, but when we got out we checked out the Parliament buildings:
And some street art:
This brings my infatuation with metal animals to a new level. This dog? looks like it’s either going to attack something or defecate. Let’s hope for the former, but either way, I was nervous.
Off to New Brunswick tomorrow. Thanks for the fab day Katsy!
